Martin has a huge passion for great beer matched with beautiful food and having spent much of his career to date in pub retailing, Martin's passion accelerated even further whilst on his journey setting up Pure Craft Bars Ltd, an award winning bar restaurant business Martin founded and runs alongside Paul Halsey and Andreas Antona which is focused on, great beer, beautiful food and exceptional hospitality! Martin also has a love and skill for training and presenting to others and enjoys sharing his learning and enthusiasm for beer.
