Sarah Hyde

Born in Cornwall, Sarah has always had a passion for real ale and home brewing. Sarah now resides in London and is enjoying a career at Meantime Brewing Company, running the Brewery Shop as well as heading up the Tours department. Sarah organises a packed schedule of public tours and coordinates training programs for Meantime's on-trade customers, teaching bar staff and managers alike about the brewing process, bar management and serving beer.
